Joyarte jewelry couture premiered at several events celebrating television’s biggest night of the year, September 16, 2007. As part of the Red Carpet Weekend activities, female guests of TV Guide received one of three earring designs created especially for the event by joyarte jewelry couture designer, Priscilla Martinez. The designs take inspiration from the after party venue, Les Deux, and the lavish French garden-themed interior design, and interweave a “go green” undertone. The main elements included Australian, conflict-free rough diamond chips in green or black, wrapped with 14k Gold Fill, and garnet and citrine drops, also partnered with 14K Gold Fill, mirroring the red, black and gold of the Les Deux interior, festooned for this event. A fleur de lis formed the central image of the Deux, adorned by citrine or garnet drops with a pair of rough diamond chips. The Boulevard featured a calligraphic scroll of 14K Gold Fill with garnet or citrine accents. The Gala, with its simple lines and delicate touches of black or green diamond chips, completed the trio. Variation in lengths and colors ensured individuality for any guests wishing to don the pieces for the main event. “In addition to spotting a pair of the Deux on an after party guest, I also caught a glimpse of our Audrey earrings adorning another elegantly attired guest,” says Ms. Martinez, who joined the festivities at Les Deux after the main broadcast. Ms. Martinez wore the Ogawa necklace and earrings, new pieces slated for the joyarte jewelry couture Spring 2008 Collection. Joyarte will release the three earring designs, along with additional companion piece designs, to the general public in October. “We’re delighted to bring this little piece of the Hollywood magic to our customers in the form of these designs,” says Ms. Martinez.
