Jewelry Care

All Joyarte Jewelry pieces are designed as a piece of wearable art and we ask they be treated as such. 

Handforged in our studio, our jewelry is crafted in a high quality 18k gold plating. Please take care when cleaning and storing you jewelry.

Avoid direct contact with lotions, perfumes or harsh cleaning chemicals, as these can potentially damage or discolor the gold surface of your piece. Your jewelry can be gently wiped with a soft cloth. When necessary, use a mild soapy water to remove any body oils immediately pat dry. Do not rub excessively so as not to scratch or wear off the gold plating.

All pieces come with a beautiful branded ultrasude pouch for storage and travel. When storing your jewelry, fasten any necklace clasps to minimize chain tangling.

Damages and Repairs

Take care to not drop jewelry on hard surfaces. All stones are natural and can crack, chip or break if dropped. We use natural stones and pearls, which makes every piece distinct. Inclusions in stones are not to be considered defects but rather a part of their inherent beauty.

Should a Joyarte Jewelry piece become damaged due to workmanship, we will make every effort to repair the piece. Please contact us to assess the damage and any repairs costs. A charge is applicable to repairs due to neglect, alteration, or accident. Broken or lost stones will be charged for their replacement.
